One of the world's most recognized professional services organizations brought in Momentum360 to provide embedded senior marketing leadership within their Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) organization — specifically to drive the go-tomarket agenda for their Americas Managed Services division. Managed Services represents the firm's highest-priority growth area, combining advanced technology with deep industry expertise to deliver scalable innovation for enterprise clients. .

The Challenge

Driving alignment and performance across a complex global structure

The firm required senior marketing leadership capable of operating at the intersection of strategy and execution across a complex, globally matrixed environment. The challenge was threefold: build and execute sophisticated multi-channel marketing programs across multiple service lines and industries simultaneously; align a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders — from business development teams to global BMC counterparts — around a unified go-to-market strategy; and lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals while maintaining executional momentum across a rapidly expanding portfolio of offerings.

The role demanded not just tactical marketing capability, but the senior-level judgment to influence firmwide priorities, translate complex technology offerings into compelling market messages, and drive commercial outcomes at scale.

The Approach

A structured, multi-layered strategy for enterprise marketing excellence

Momentum360 stepped in as a fully embedded fractional marketing manager — operating as a senior member of the BMC leadership team with direct ownership of the Americas Managed Services go-to-market strategy. The engagement was structured across five core areas:

  • Integrated Campaign Design & Execution: Designed and delivered complex, multichannel integrated marketing programs spanning content marketing, paid media, SEO, video production, webcasts, email campaigns, thought leadership, events, and sponsorships — all aligned to the Managed Services commercial agenda and calibrated to the enterprise sales cycle.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Built and maintained strategic relationships across the BMC organization — bridging service lines, industries, regions, and global teams to eliminate duplication, enhance coordination, and ensure every initiative was operating in sync with broader firm priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Shaped and executed cross-service line and cross-industry GTM strategies designed to elevate market presence and fuel demand generation for a rapidly expanding portfolio of priority offerings — directly tied to the firm's All In growth ambitions.
  • Team Leadership & Agency Oversight: Provided direction, guidance, and mentorship to Managed Services marketing team members. Oversaw internal staff and managed external creative agencies to ensure strategic alignment, brand consistency, and executional quality across all deliverables.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: Developed and managed post-campaign performance reporting — translating data into clear, actionable insights that informed spend decisions and continuously optimized the marketing mix across channels.
